How to view clock-in history on Security Guard App?

The Security Guard App allows the guards to view clock-in history so as to empower the guards to monitor their work hours.

On Security Guard Mobile App

After you’ve logged in to the app, without selecting the post site, click on the left menu and select Time Clock.

 The screen shows you the clock-in logs for the present day. To check clock-in history click on the icon on the top right corner of the screen and use filters to choose the user and time period for which you want to view the history.

On Security Guard Web App
After you are logged in to the Security Guard Web App, select Time Clock from the main menu on the left side of the screen.

Select Time Clock from the main menu on the left. The screen lists down the check-ins on the site for the day. To view the history, tap on the icon on the top right corner on the screen.



You can use the filters to check the details for a specified period and user. It shows the total duration for which the guard was checked in on the post site.

To select a date, click the From or To field, choose the desired date from the calendar, and click OK.
