Keeping your email address up to date is important for receiving notifications, account recovery options, and more. If you need to change the email associated with your account, follow these simple steps to update it easily.
On Security Guard Mobile App
Step - 1: Login to Your Mobile App
Open the app and log in using your current credentials.
Step - 2: Open the Navigation Menu
Tap the three-line menu icon (☰) located at the top-left corner of the screen to open the side drawer.
Step - 3: Go to Your Profile
From the drawer menu, tap on “Profile.” Your profile screen will appear.
Step - 4: Edit Profile Information
On the Profile screen, tap the pen icon (✏️) in the top-right corner to enter edit mode.
Step - 5: Update Your Email Address
Locate the email field and tap the pen icon next to it. Enter your new email address.
Step - 6: Save Your Changes
After updating the email, tap the save icon (in the top-right corner) to confirm and save your changes.
On Security Guard Web App
Step 1: Log in to the Web App
Access the web app and log in to your account.
Step 2: Open Profile Menu
Click on your profile name (top-right corner) of the dashboard.
Step 3: Select Profile
From the dropdown menu, click on Profile.
Step 4: Click Edit Icon
On the Profile page, click the edit icon (✏️) in the top-right corner.
Step 5: Edit Email Address
Find the Email field and click the edit (✏️) icon beside it.
Enter your new email address.
Click the Save button at the top-right corner.
Step 7: Verify Email
A verification email will be sent to your new email address.
Follow the instructions in the email to complete the update.
Important Notes
Ensure the new email address is valid and accessible.
Verification may be required before changes take effect.
If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam/junk folder.
