How to edit profile in Security Guard App?

Security Guard App allows the guards to create and update detailed guard profiles right from the mobile app.

 

On Security Guard Mobile App

After you’re logged in to the app, without logging in to the post site, click on the left menu to drag out the options and then select Profile.

On the top right corner click on the edit icon, now you can make the required changes to the image, name, company details, and emergency details.

 

Note: The login email id cannot be edited.

Once the changes are made, hit save.

 

On Security Guard Web App

After you are logged in to the web app, sign in into the post site. 

From the dashboard, click on your profile icon (top-right corner)

From the dropdown menu, select Profile

On the Profile page, click on the Edit icon (✏️)

Update the required details such as:

• Profile image
• Name
• Company details
• Emergency contact details

Click Save to apply the changes

Note: The login email id cannot be edited on the web app too. Once the changes are made, hit save.
