With the Security Guard App, guards can submit reports in minutes making sure the reporting is convenient, quicker, simpler, and supported by images and audio/video files when needed.
On Security Guard Mobile App
To view reports on the security guard mobile app, after you’ve checked-in the post site, click on the Reports icon on the bottom bar.
The screen lists down all the reports available – click on any to see the report details.
The admin can add comments by clicking on the plus icon at the bottom right hand corner of the report.
By clicking on the three dots on the top right corner of the report, the admin can edit or approve the reports submitted by other team members.
On Security Guard Web App
To view reports on the security guard web app, on the left main menu click Reports. The screen lists down all the reports available – click on any to see the report details.
You can use the filters to select the date and whether to view reports for yourself, your team or all.
The admin can add comments by clicking on the plus icon at the bottom right hand corner of the report. By clicking on the three dots on the top right corner of the report, the admin can edit or approve the reports submitted by other team members.
