How to upgrade the subscription plan in Security Guard App?

The Security Guard App offers two pricing plans: Free and Standard.

The Free plan is designed for individuals who are just getting started. Simply download the security guard mobile app from the App Store or Play Store and register.

If you want to expand your operations by adding more post sites and inviting team members, you will need to upgrade to the Standard plan. This plan allows you to add multiple post sites and invite team members to join. 

On Security Guard Mobile App

Via Post Site

After you’re logged in to the Security Guard Mobile App, without checking in to the post site. Click on the Add icon. Adding a new post site here requires a subscription. 

You can go ahead and subscribe. After choosing the payment method, choose the plan as per the users you want to add to the post site. Now go ahead and make the payment, your subscription is now active.

Via Post Site Team

After you are logged in to the mobile app, check in into the post site. Now click on More on the bottom bar and then select Post Site Team.

Click on the Plus icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Next, click on Invite New Members and hit subscribe. 

You can now choose the plan as per the users you want to add. We offer monthly subscriptions that are auto-renewed every month until you cancel them. Now go ahead and make the payment, your subscription is now active.

Note: Each additional user added to your team will be charged at a rate of $3 USD, and they can be assigned to multiple post sites at no extra cost.

You can also go to settings in the main menu of the mobile app, tap on Post Sites or Security Team Members, and click on the plus icon on the top right corner or the app to add a post site or a team member and subscribe.

On Security Guard Web App

Via Post Site

After you are logged in to the web app, click on the Post Site on the top left hand corner and Add Post Site.

Adding a new post site here requires a subscription. You can go ahead and subscribe. After choosing the payment method, choose the plan as per the users you want to add to the post site. Now go ahead and make the payment, your subscription is now active.

Via Post Site Team

After you are logged in to the web app, sign in into the post site. Now click on the drop down menu with your name at the bottom of the main menu and then select Settings.

Click on Security Team Members. Here, you can view a list of existing users with the roles assigned to them.

Click on Add icon and hit subscribe. You can now choose the plan as per the users you want to add. We offer monthly subscriptions that are auto-renewed every month until you cancel them. Now go ahead and make the payment, your subscription is now active.

You can also select on Post Sites in the settings to add a new post site by clicking on the plus icon on the top right corner or the app and subscribe.
