On Security Guard Mobile App
To turn on the report notification, after you’re logged in to the Security Guard Mobile App, without checking in to the post site, click on the left menu to drag out the options and then click on Settings.
Now click on the Notifications bar and just turn on Report Notifications.
You’ll get notified when the report is approved by the admin.
On Security Guard Web App
After you are logged in to the web app, on the Post Site page, click on the drop down menu with your name at the bottom of the main menu and then select Settings.
Click on Notifications.
Now turn on Report Notifications from the list.
You’ll get notified when the report is approved by the admin.
