Turning on chat notifications makes sure you don’t miss any important message from your security team.
On Security Guard Mobile App
To turn on the notification, after you’re logged in to the Security Guard Mobile App, without checking in to the post site, click on the left menu to drag out the menu options and then click on Settings.
Now click on the Notifications bar and turn on Chat Notifications.
Now every time you receive a message on the chat, you’ll receive a pop up notification for the same
On Security Guard Web App
After you are logged in to the web app, on the Post Site page, click on the drop down menu with your name at the bottom of the main menu and then select Settings.
Click on Notifications.
Now turn on Chat Notifications from the list.
