When you have a bigger guard workforce, approving individual reports may not be feasible. In this case, you can turn on auto approve reports.
To turn on the setting, once you’re logged in to the app, click on More icon at the bottom bar and click on Post Site Settings.
All you need to do is Turn on Auto Approve Reports.
Now the reports submitted by guards on site will directly be shared with the clients without the need for the admin to approve individual reports.
