How to create a team on Security Guard App?

Create your dream security team effortlessly with our Security Guard App.

On Security Guard Mobile App

After you are logged in to the mobile app, check in into the post site. Now click on More on the bottom bar and then select Post Site Team.

Click on the Plus icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Next, click on invite new members and hit subscribe. You can now choose the plan as per the users you want to add. We offer monthly subscriptions that are auto-renewed every month until you cancel them. Now go ahead and make the payment, your subscription is now active.

To invite a user, after you’ve subscribed click on More on the bottom bar and now select Post Site Team. Click on the add icon and then Invite New Member. Next, enter the email ID or the mobile number of the personnel. You can assign a role to the user-admin, supervisor, guard or client.

The user receives the invite on the email to download the app. The user can download the app and register with the same mail id or mobile number. If the user already has the app downloaded, he/she needs to register with the email id or mobile number the admin has mentioned in the invite.

The teams are post site specific, you can assign the same user to multiple post sites, just sign in to the post site and follow the same steps.

On Security Guard Web App

After you are logged in to the web app, sign in into the post site. Now click on the drop down menu with your name at the bottom of the main menu and then select Settings.


Click on Security Team Members. Here, you can view a list of existing users with the roles assigned to them.

Click on Add icon and hit subscribe. You can now choose the plan as per the users you want to add. We offer monthly subscriptions that are auto-renewed every month until you cancel them. Now go ahead and make the payment, your subscription is now active.
