The Security Guard App allows the guards to communicate with other guards and admin seamlessly using both the mobile and web app.
The chats are post site specific so a post site message is visible only to the guards checked in at the post site.
On Security Guard Mobile App
After you’re checked-in to the post site, tap on the Chats in the bottom bar. Click on the plus icon on the top right corner. You can create a new group or chat with other guards on the post site.
You can add images captured on the site, audio messages, and video files and share them instantly to exchange information on post orders, tasks, schedules, and more.
On Security Guard Web App
After you’re signed in to the post site on the web app, select Messenger from the main menu on the left. On the next screen, click on the plus icon on the top right corner. You can create a new group or chat with other guards on the post site.
Next, you can add images captured on the site, audio messages, and video files and share them instantly to exchange information on post orders, tasks, schedules, and more. You can also view the group details by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner.
