Post orders come handy when the supervisors or managers need to convey an important instruction to the security guard posted on a post site. Using post orders, the security guard can easily follow instructions related to his or her tasks.
On Security Guard Mobile App
To add a post order, after you’re signed in to the post site on the mobile app, click on the More icon at the bottom bar and select Post Orders.
Now click on Add Post Orders, proceed to add the description, and save.
Note: You can also add Image, Video, or Audio files to the post order and hit Save.
On Security Guard Web App
To add a post order, after you’re signed in to the post site on the web app, select Post Orders from the main menu on the left.
Now click on Add and proceed to add the description.
Note: You can also add Image, Video, or Audio files to the post order and hit Save.
