How to add a new report on the Security Guard App?

With Security Guard App, guards can submit reports in minutes making sure the reporting is convenient, quicker, simpler, and supported by images and audio/video files when needed.                       

On Security Guard Mobile App

After you’re logged in to the post site, tap on the Reports on the bottom bar. The screen lists down all the reports submitted.

Now tap on the report that you want to submit from the list

Now simply fill in the details required by the report, you can also attach image, video or audio files to the report. Once all details are added hit Save to submit the report.

A new report will show the status as pending until it is approved by the admin. Or in case the admin has turned on auto-approve, the reports will be automatically approved on submission.  

On Security Guard Web App

After you’re signed in to the post site on the web app, select Reports from the main menu on the left.

Next, click on the Add icon and tap on the report that you want to submit from the list.

Now simply fill in the details required by the report, you can also attach image, video or audio files to the report. Once all details are added hit Save to submit the report.

A new report will show the status as pending until it is approved by the admin. Or in case the admin has turned on auto-approve, the reports will be automatically approved on submission.
